COVID 19 SAFETY AND UPDATES:

We are so excited to get back to doing what we love and serving our community. Barnet Fair has worked hard on implementing new safety procedures and guidelines to keep our staff and clients safe and happy! Please read through the updated guidelines so you are fully prepared for a safe and welcoming experience at Barnet Fair. Please be patient, as we navigate through this together.

Due to the regulations set forth by the CDC and the PA Health department, appointments and services are limited. We ask all clients to please be patient with the new booking and stylists schedules. We are working by Appointment only, so please book your future appointments in advance.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

Masks are optional for guests, however we have extras available in the salon for clients who choose to wear them. Stylists and staff are currently required to wear a mask at all times.

If you are feeling ill please cancel your appointment in a timely fashion. Clients may be subject to a temperature check upon arrival and a questionnaire. If clients show up sick, we can refuse your service and your deposit will be kept. The health and safety of our community is our top priority.

Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, trouble breathing) in the past 14 days?
Have you had any contact with anyone with a confirmed or suspected exposure to Covid-19 within the past 14 days?

Clients will be required to wash hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will also be readily available.

Clients may now wait inside in our socially-distance waiting area.

Please come with freshly washed, dry hair.

No outside food is allowed. Please only bring what is absolutely necessary. Ideally if it doesn’t fit in your pockets, don’t bring it.

We must refrain from hugs and handshakes at this time. I know this is hard for us too!

Deposits will be taken for ALL appointments.

SCHEDULING

Please be patient with us when booking an appointment. We are operating on a limited schedule in order to keep this space as safe as possible.

Due to an extremely limited schedule we are asking all clients for a deposit to hold their appointments. If you do not cancel within a 24 hour period your deposit will be kept. We encourage you to prebook your next 3 appointments to make sure you get the days and times that you want.

Stylists are accepting cash gratuity, and a Venmo option will also be available.

We will not be offering our drink service at this time and our library will be closed.

Products are available for purchase at our studio or through our online store. Please ask your stylist or receptionist for help, please do not handle the products.

WHAT WE WILL BE DOING

Our staff will be required to wear the proper PPE. We will all be wearing masks. Our staff has also been trained on new sanitation procedures.

We are a fully vaccinated staff.

Barnet Fair will be deep cleaned every day, with cleaning being done throughout the day. Hand sanitizer will be readily available.

As Barnet Fair and individuals, we are committed to Be Fair, it's even in our name. With that comes an ongoing reminder to remember it’s not just a cool sounding slogan, it’s a responsibility; to know there is always more work to do, to be better, to learn and listen, to love and support.
